XpressMusic 5530 is designed to place social-networking services at users' fingertips. It has a scrolling Contacts Bar or 'people carousel' feature across the top of the screen that gives access to 20 contacts with real-time feedback on their latest online conversations and media updates, while there is a one-touch button for direct access to Facebook and MySpace pages.

Nokia said XpressMusic 5530 phone also has access to the Nokia Music Store, as well as Ovi Share for uploading and sharing media with friends. Xpressmusic 5530 would start shipping in the third quarter and sell for 199 euros ($280) before subsidies and taxes.

The cellphone maker also launched two new handsets--E72, an updated version of its top-selling E71 business phone, and the "3710 fold" with an artistic pattern on the cover and with an appealing array of features in a renewed, but instantly familiar user interface.
