We led the industry in every category that defines a successful retail bank: retail deposit growth, core deposit growth, checking account sales, and revenue growth. Every sales channel – traditional banking centers from Chicago to Burlington, in-grocery store banking centers, the telephone center, and the online bank – delivered explosive results. We acquired more new customers last year than ever before. Not only that, but we have made great strides in customer profitability and retention. I believe our retail franchise is quickly becoming one of the strongest in banking.
