Description As a clumping ornamental grass, blue fescue 'Elijah Blue' offers an outstanding icy-blue coloration to its blades and can maintain its form all summer long.

  Morphology:
An evergreen, ornamental grass that resembles a pin-cushion bristling with blue pins. Buff colored flowers, which appear in May through June, rise above foliage in summer on mature plants creating eye-catching contrast. Fast-growing, dense mounds 12” tall by 12” wide.

  Adaptation:
Blue fescue grass is perfectly suited for edging borders or mass plantings as a ground cover. Does best in full sun. Larger clumps can be divided over time.
