V.21 - Log of Collective Run

Use these steps to display collective run (or billing) logs created by ZVF04.

1. Get started (SAP menu path, fast path)
2. Log of Collective Run: initial screen
3. Log of Collective Run: log list
4. Log of Collective Run: display documents

1. Get Started

• SAP menu path

  Role ZSBM=> Cost Reimbursable => Monthly Processing=> Billing=> Other Billing Functions=> V.21 - Log of Collective Run

• SAP Fast Path

  At the Command Line, enter: /nV.21

2. Log of Collective Run: initial screen

1. Select runs to display:
   • Number of collective run (enter 10-digit log group number or range)
   • Started by (default is your userid)
   • On (enter billing run date or date range)

2. Click on to Execute.

   Result: If any matches are found, a list of collective run (or billing) logs displays, as shown in the next step.

3. Log of Collective Run: log list

To view billing document numbers from a collective run, select the run and click on the Documents button (not shown).

4. Log of Collective Run: display documents

Using the buttons under the screen title (shown above and below), you can:

	display error log of collective run
	view Debit Memo Display: Overview screen (using VF03 - Display Billing Document).
	view document flow screen; see below for an example
