Acrossus depressus (Kugelann, 1792) ..... Formerly Aphodius depressus  
In comparison with the larger Dung Beetles T. fossor and A. rufipes, Acrossus depressus is fairly distinctive through it's smaller size (6.5mm) Generally shiny black colour and quite distinctive to ID, purely on size and colour alone.
