After working 42 years in the securities industry I retired and my firm, Nexus Financial Services. I also served 18 months as an advisor to the California Senate as it wrote rules to address state investment pools following the bankruptcy of Orange County.

Shortly after the sale of my firm was complete I moved to Arizona and spent 15 years in different rolls of the Arizona Republican Party.
