Snakeskin Gourami (Trichopodus pectoralis)

Snakeskin Gourami are largish species of Gourami, while their adult size can vary, they tend to reach between 6-8". They are a rather peaceful species and tend to leave other fish alone so long as they aren't bite sized. The tradeoff for their peaceful temperament is they are much less colorful than more popular species of gourami.
