This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu coupe was overhauled cosmetically and mechanically in 2021, during which the body was removed from the frame and refinished in black with silver stripes. A 572ci V8 crate engine was installed along with a Richmond six-speed manual transmission and a 9″ rear axle, the suspension was modified with Hotchkis components, and Baer disc brakes were installed. The black interior was refreshed, and other features include power windows, a console, a cassette player, Billet Specialties 18″ and 20″ wheels, a Demon carburetor, an aluminum radiator, and a 3″ exhaust system. The current owner acquired the car after completion in 2021. This modified Chevelle is now offered by the seller on behalf of its owner with recent receipts, small parts, and a clean New Jersey title.
