Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound straw mushrooms, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the straw mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, chicken broth, and water and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately.
