Giving Day 2024 is an opportunity to show we are all FOR UH • FOR HAWAI‘I. There are so many unique and wonderful opportunities to support and impact UH students and programs through philanthropy.

On April 10th, the COE is inviting you to support a variety of funds, including:
1) support for teacher candidates in Maui County (i.e., Maui, Moloka‘i, Lāna‘i) - bit.ly/4d5zS0D

2) the Dr. Niki Libarios #BeKindToAStudent fund - bit.ly/3Jcgn8I

3) our COE student-led competition, "Battle of the Cohorts," to raise support funds for Feed Maui and Urgent Student Relief - bit.ly/43Y4lcz

Mahalo for supporting these important initiatives and our COE students! #4UHGivingDay Hawai'i Public Schools

Spring 2024 graduating Post Bac and BEd SPED cohorts attended a kīhei making event on 4/6/2024 to learn an oli (chant) and to make their very own kīhei, designed by themselves, for COE Convocation and Commencement.

Fun Fact:
⭐️A kīhei is a traditional Hawaiian wrap worn to mark formal occasions or ceremonies.
