Català: La catedral de la Santa Creu i Santa Eulàlia de Barcelona.Capella de Santa Maria Magdalena, Sant Bartomeu i Santa Elisabet. Del pintor Guerau Gener, que va ser aprenent al taller de Lluís Borrassà, és el retaule d'aquesta capella de l'any 1401. S'estructura en tres carrers, predel·la i guardapols. Al carrer central, a dalt es mostra un calvari i sota, els sants titulars sant Bartomeu i santa Elisabet d'Hongria. Al carrer esquerre, des de dalt, exorcisme de la filla del rei Polem, martiri de sant Bartomeu i predicació de sant Bartomeu escorxat. Al carrer dret, intercessió miraculosa de santa Isabel, santa Isabel curant malalts i miracles pòstums de santa Isabel. A la predel·la, des de l'esquerra, l'Anunciació, la Nativitat de Jesús, la Mare de Déu i el Nen envoltats de sants i àngels, l'Epifania, la presentació de Jesús al temple. A terra hi ha la làpida del bisbe auxiliar Ricard Cortés i Culell, mort en 1910.
English: The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia in Barcelona. Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene, St. Bartholomew and St. Isabella. Of the painter Guerau Gener, who was learning in the workshop of Lluís Borrassà, it is the altarpiece of this chapel of the year 1401. It is structured in three streets, predella and guardapols. In the central street, above is a Calvary and a bass, holy head St. Bartholomew and Holy Elisabet of Hungary. In the left street, from above, exorcism of the daughter of King Polem, martyrdom of St. Bartholomew and preaching of slaughtered St. Bartholomew. On the right street, miraculous intercession of Santa Isabel, Santa Isabel curing the sick and holy miracles of Santa Isabel. To the predella, from the left, the Annunciation, the Nativity of Jesus, the Mother of God and the Child surrounded by saints and angels, Epiphany, the presentation of Jesus in the temple. On the ground there is the tombstone of auxiliary bishop Ricard Cortés i Culell, who died in 1910.
