Summary[edit]

Description According to Slavic Rodnover theology: representation of Belobog (White God) and Chernobog (Black God), constituting the duality emanated by the supreme principle Rod (Generator), manifested as Svarog (Heaven). The swastika is the symbol of Heaven, depicting the rotating constellations of the north pole of Heaven: the Small Chariot and Great Chariot (or Ursa Minor and Ursa Major), and it is Prav, the "Right" law of nature proceeding from the supernal north pole. Belobog is Yav, manifested reality, the day, the world of life, and is Dazhbog (Sun God) and Perun (Thunder) as well as the collectivity of all the gods of the celestial overworld; Chernobog is Nav, unmanifested reality, the night, the world of death, and is Jutrobog (Moon God) and Veles (Humid) as well as the collectivity of all the gods of the terrestrial underworld.
