Description
English: Photograph of the Cerambycidae beetle Hesychotypa subfasciata Dillon & Dillon, 1945[1] (Lamiinae, Onciderini) from São Paulo, Brazil; taken in a rainy afternoon (Sunday - October 25, 2020). The animal appears to be making incisions on a fallen branch of Ficus so that it can lay its eggs.
