Description
English: Sour beef is actually a leftover food. Soup meat from the production of meat broth is cut into thin slices and processed with onions to a kind of beef salad. The garnished meat was served dry and vinegar and oil could be added by yourself. There was also bread and Schüttelbrot. Photographed in the Buschenschank Innerperskoler Hof in Völs am Schlern.
Deutsch: Saures Rindfleisch ist eigentlich ein Resteessen. Suppenfleisch aus der Herstellung von Fleischbrühe wird in dünne Scheiben geschnitten und mit Zwiebeln zu einer Art Rindfleischsalat verarbeitet. Das garnierte Fleisch wurde trocken serviert und Essig und Öl konnte man selbst zugeben. Dazu gab es Brot und Schüttelbrot. Fotografiert im Buschenschank Innerperskoler Hof in Völs am Schlern.
