Recently I changed my notebook. And by Adobed remote-control help services, one of the employee of adobe installed cs6 for me and resized UI size in photoshop cs6(x64). (Because when installed, the UI size was too small to see) After that, when I try to create a canvas, it showed like picture one..
Now I create the canvas in photoshop cs6(x32). It is like below picture. It works well. But the UI is too small. Maybe the problem came from the process of UI resizing...I think..

Check that you have the latest software available installed. I do not have CS6 problems like that on Windows 10. I feel your software is not up to date. However, CS6 Extended 32Bit system Info report windows 10 as Windows 8. I also have the Creative Cloud version of CS6 installed version 13.1.2 you should have Perpetual CS6 version 13.0.1.3 installed. CS6 version 13.0 is very unstable and has many bugs. CS6 need all the CS6 updated installed.
If the CS6 updates are not updating to your Photoshop CS6 Installs to CS6 version 13.0.1.3. Try using your CS6 DVD to install CS6 32Bit and CS6 64 Bit installs on top of the existing CS6 32bit and CS6 64 bit installs. So the installs should be back leveled to CS6 to the good CS6 versions 13.0 with the reinstalled CS6 code. The installs will be very buggy. However, the CS6 update should install and update CS6 version 13.0 code to CS6 version 13.0.1.3. You can download the CS6 Updates from Adobe Web site using this link Windows Photoshop Updates
I have the 32bit and 64bit versions of CS6 installed. They were broken by Photoshop Automatic Update and CS6 reported it was versoion 13.0 where I had Perpetiaual CS6 vetsion 13.0.1.3 before the update the broke CS6. So I tried using Cs6 Update to fisx the broken CS6 update tried to run bet failed with an error. So I had to reinstall CS6 on top or the broken CS6 installs Then I used CS6 Update it ran and worked and updated CS6 version 13.0. However, I have a Creative Cloud subscription. My perpetual CS6 13.0 installs were updated to Creative Cloud CS6 version 13.1.2.
Menu Help>Syetem Info will display your CS6. version. Does it display version 13.0.1.3? Again What Windows OS version are you running? Are all Windows Updates for that windows version installed? Are all your windows device drivers up to date?
