Hi there,
I tried to print from Warehouse management > Shipments > All shipments > Print / Commercial invoice, but it failed with "No print management settings are applicable so no document is produced" error.
It never worked before as this environment has not been configured before.
Question: would you be so kind to advise how to configure the print management in order to avoid that error, please?

It seems to be disappear and would be great, if you can let us know in which environment it doesn't displays (Dev/Sandbox/Prod). Also, make sure, does it appear/disappears in other environments as well

This is an old post, however I was checking the same as you mentioned. But when I go to Transportation management parameter and click on print management, nothing is visible other than below.
Is there any other setup area I am overlooking? Let me know.

It's working fine in Devlopment VM.
But after build Print management form is not editable in Sandbox.

navigate to Transportation management > set up > parameters > print Management
and right click on commercial invoice and hit new
