IDOC : data not populated even if IDOC issued sucessfully

Hi Experts,

I issued one IDOC from one system to another.

A few materials with plant(w0p2) and cost details are passed from one system to another,also there was one more IDOC issued with few materials with plant wop5.

It is also with successfully.

But when I am checking in CK24 and KKPC for cost estimate n breakout ,I am not able to find out the materials with plant w0p2,but other plants details are there.

So could u pls tell me ,what will be the possible reasons?How do i track the error?

This is on urgent basis.

Hi Hemant,

Just go to the transaction WE02 and check with the IDoc Type the Idocs generated. The IDocs generated ane the IDoc type (Transaction: WE30) should have the same hierarchy... meaning the IDoc data should be populated in the segments the same way the IDoc Type has been defined.

Most probably this might be the problem.. if this is perfect check the transaction BD87 in the receiving R/3 system, there you'll get the details of Inbound IDocs.

Kindly let me know if further details are required from my side.

Check if w0p2 Plant exists in the receiving system.
