Generate PDF Copies from Spool Request Number

Hello,

Everytime we generate a Output, say Invoice Print-Out or Order Confirmation Print Out system generates a Spool Request Number & also displays the same.

This Spool Request Number is also traceable in T-Code SP01.

Now, say that you havea requirement to generate a PDF Copy for particular Output, what would you do?

For this purpose SAP has given a Program - RSTXPDFT4

Go to T-Code SE38 & Execute Report - RSTXPDFT4

System will ask for Spool Request Number, enter the same & execute:

System will ask for the Location on C Drive. Chose the required Location & save.

Subsequently systen will display the success message:
