BAPI/FM to create condition records for output - VV11

Please share the FM/BAPI name along with input parameters that need to be passed to create condition records for order based on output type, customer, sales doc type etc.

Do you know how to migrate the output conditions (tcode VV11) from our old SAP ECC system into S/4 HANA ?

Yeah, for different output types the next screen in the VV11 t code will get change and and the data need to be passed for the columns based on the selected output type.

For example, I have selected the output type as 'BA00' in VV11 Tx and I need to pass the data for the sales doc type, sales org & language columns.

In the below picture, this time I have selected the output type as 'BA03' and then in place of sales doc type we can see customer for which we need to pass the data.

So, If the process is not constant while recording the T code then how can we upload the condition records via LSMW and it will fail when we try to execute in foreground/background.

Hi,

The easiest way to achieve what you mention would be using LSMW in my opinion.

Please notice that the parameters you mention would depend on the column/s of your table/s assigned to your Output Message's Access Sequence and the are not known berofehand. Therefore, it can be thought that it is hightly improbable that there will be a FM/BAPI for creating those records.
