Disable create vacancy dialog box in Po13 (SAP HR OM)

Dear All,

I have a requirement where we have created BDC for hiring action. In the program we have handled the "Create Vacancy Dislog" box which pops up during PA40 action. Hence, the relationship A008 does get created in HRP1001 table.

But post sending the development to production system, "Create Vacancy Dialog" box also pops up in the OM screen of create relationship.

Please suggest how to we stop popping up of "Create Vacancy Dialog" box in OM and continue it in PA40.

I am too in the same scenario,

Once the Person is inactive the create vacancy Tab does not appear and hence centrally we cannot figure out how many are vacant positions.

we have many people occupied the position to the person who have already left the system

is there a way where we can mass create the vacancy by delimiting the person

As per my requirement, all the actions in SAP will be executed automatically through integration with another NON SAP application. i.e. hiring, org reassignment, separation, re hire etc.

Vacancy infotype gets created automatically, when position is created through PPOME but doesnt when created through PP01 or PO13.

If hiring is done on a position which has been created through Po13, then also vacancy infotype does not get created.

If gets created when Separation action is executed for the employee holding that position. Hence, when rehire will be done for the same position, then it will show the "delimit Vacancy" pop up in OM screen as well.

Any ideas, how to handle "delimit vacancy" pop up both in PA40 and PO13 screen through program.

If you do not want the vacancy details to be auto created through PPOME, you can configure PPOME accordingly in SPRO. There will then be consistency between positions created through any transaction.

When i execute Po13 to assign A008 relationship manually, below shown dia log box is appearing.

I do not want this appear in Po13 T code, this dialog box should only appear in Pa40 screen.

This is a fresh position wherein no A008 relationship previously.

This is a fresh position wherein no A008 relationship previously. -- please check in the HRP1001 table whether the position 70004703 has been occupied by someone else

Could you attach a screenshot of the PPVAC group in T77S0 & check if the vacancy infotype exists for the position.

When I assign A008 relationship directly in Po13 in development system. Vacancy infotype does not get created.

But in my production system, Vacancy infotype does get created, though the PPVAC settings are same in both the systems.

The existing Vacancy infotype was probably created manually in Prodn with the status "Open". You can check the Change Information tab.
