Duplicate entries in OKEON / KSH2

Hi,

I have an issue in Production where a user has copied multiple cost centre groups into other groups in the same business area.

I have done the Ambiguity check in OKEON and located the duplicate groups and cost centres. Unable to change the cost centres as they are in use under the original group.

I have also run the master data Test and get result 'GROUP ###### is not unique'

Unable to run Comparison - greyed out

Unable to edit the set in GS02 to remove ambiguity check.

Unable to delete group or cost centres in the group from OKEON - 'function is not allowed in the standard hierarchy'

Unable to delete cost centres under the duplicate group - 'function is not available for object type cost centre'

Can not delete the cost centres in KS04 as they are in use in the correct group 1005889

See below: Both 1005959 & 1005876 exist under 2 groups in 1005 and I am unable to delete the entries from 1005760

Have checked many posts in SCN, checked knowledge base and cant find solution

Any help / advise is much appreciated.

HI Everyone,

I have resolved this issue after finding SAP note 545453 and running program in SE38

k_remove_doubles_from_std_hier

Running this identified the double entries in the hierarchy

Selecting the entries to delete and saving the 'deletion' - need to make sure you check the entries that you need to delete

Running ambiguity check on the group shows no duplicates and check is OK, Test is OK

This program resolved my issue.
