Error Deleting Payroll Result

Hi Experts

I have ran the Live payroll for one of the Group if Employeess

when iam trying to Exit the Control Record it was giving the Error one of the employee was Rejected in the Payroll Run .

when i check the Payroll status Infotye 0003 for that particular employee

Personnel number Locked and Payroll correction was Check Marked .

gone through the Error message it says

The system automatically activates the payroll correction indicator, if

a personnel number was rejected in the payroll run or if changes were

made to payroll-relevant data in the correction phase.

Removed the locked and ran the Payroll after that iam able to exit the Payroll

but i dint do the Posting to Fi reason is this particular employee is on notice Period for three months

we will be running the Payroll for this employee after 3 months time . 

Now when iam trying to Delete the Payroll result of this employee again through Tocde PU01 for April 2013

so that i can lock the Personnel Number again and Run the Payroll for three months at the End of Notice Period . 

Hard Error

            " Productive Client the Control record has the status Exit "

I know we can use RPUDEL20  to Delete the Payroll result but i dont want to use it in Production server .

Please suggest how to Delete the Payroll Result for this Particular Employee .

Hi Massi,

Above error are system saying Control record in exit mode when ever you deleting payroll results

you can change control record status as correction and del payroll results

the u can lock for particular in IT--0003 status

Hi Experts

Any suggestion on the Error .

though i have remove the Payroll lock and ran the Live payroll then Payroll correction  was removed

then iam able to exit the control record .

but i dint do the posting to FI for that particular employee .

i have locked the payroll again in infotype (003) again

once the Notice period is finished then i will remove the lock and run the live payroll again for the month May , June and Posting for the month from April , May , June

I want to know will there be any issues when i do the Posting to FI for that particular employee.

Dear sir,

do th following thing and mentioned below sequernce

1. pa03

2 change control record of payroll area and create control record for the current period in correction mode

3. now you can delete the payroll results for these 3 employees
