Error in FEBAN

Hi expert

My issue is related to Payment factory

FEBAN shows red items even all Customizing step are defined in a correct way.

if I run FEBP I have the following error message : (F5 263) The difference is too large for clearing

then it is possible to force the posting of red position by making automatic search through the payment order.

Can you support me to have a complete automatic processing in FEBAN without manual posting.

Hi Hatem ABIDI

Please provide the basis on which you are clearing the open items and whether information appears in your EBS file. You can provide the example of the file information as well.

Mention the above information in order to receive help from others.

Hi Hatem Abidi,

If FEBP not clear the same means > 1. Sub ledger doesn't have open line items with matched criteria based on your customization algorithms. 2. One of the criteria mismatch while clearing the same.

Check the same issue through FEBAN and try to clear with same and you will came to know what was the reason.

The above screenshots doesn't provide the information on why the auto clearing is not working for you.

Please provide the  details like for which transaction type the error appears, what is the algorithm used in this case for clearing, does the clearing information appear correctly in the bank statement, provide sample of the data appearing in your bank statement.
