Something is forcing Payroll Calculation retroactively to 2013.07.02, and when calculating Payroll for August 2013 (PayPeriod 05/2013 in 02/2016) the system gives an error because the employee WPBP is associated with Public Holiday Calendar KL (or more precisely to PSA Grouping 2, Calendar KL and ESG Grouping 50) while that Calendar does not exist in July 2013.
What change prompted the retroactive Payroll Calculation?
Is the retroactive Payroll Calculation justified?
