I have a asset foreign currency amount has negative value (the asset has flagged "Neg. Vals Allowed" = X)
Depreciation Area 01 (RMB)
Depreciation Area 32 (USD)
I want to use F-05 to adjust the asset local currency 2 value, but the transaction show the error "Use a posting key for G/L accounts"
Is there any T-Code can posted below FI Doc and let the asset all depreciation value as zero :
Dr : Asset (2210000464-0000) Doc Amt : 0 RMB, Local Amt : 0 RMB, Local Amt 2 : 61.19 USD
Cr : Exchange Rate Gross Doc Amt : 0 RMB, Local Amt : 0 RMB, Local Amt 2 : 61.19 USD
Hi Eric,
Try using transaction ABCO.
You can refer to SAP Note 520990.

You can't use ABF1 for this type of adjustment, because ABF1 is useful to do the adjustments at GL account level only not at asset master level.
So, you can adjust this through F-02
There you have to use PK : 70 & 75 and transaction types required.

Dear Murali,
I have saw the link that you offered.
Doc. Cur | Loc. Cur | |||
First entry | Cr | 75 | 0.01 | 100.01 |
Second entry | Dr | 70 | 0.01 | 0.01 |
0 | 100 |
But the F-02 can't type the document amount as zero. I don't know how to entry the FI document by F-02 like you say. When I use posting key 40 and document amount as 0. The system will display "Amount is zero - line item will be ignored"
Best regards,
Eric
Have you checked the error message number?
