How to get full level configruable BOM in CU50 after finish the options

Hi, after finishing the selection, I do the results, but I only get the first level BOM list, how can I get the full level, means the other levels, please see the picture.

Thanks, we already ask IT to develop and now I get the full level in the BOM.

Check in CU42 , in config parameter select the multi-level explosion. see below screen shot.

Make sure that your configuration profiles of your configurable materials are set to BOM explosion "multilevel" (use T-code CU42 or PMEVC).

Is that on the top level on the child item only? You need it on the child items as well. Are the child BOM status's set to active? Are your selection conditions executing correctly on the child BOM items? I'll need some more information to do any further troubleshooting.
