Maintenance Plans reference objects not visible

Hi guys,

I have a very strange problem in quality system. Even if the SPRO configuration for PM maint. plans category is like below

So set in order to see Functional Location, Equipment and Assemby, when i try to create a maint. plans by IP01 im not able to see Functional location and Equipment fields:

Only the field Assembly it seems to work. I tried different settings, Functional Locations and Equipments fields doesn't work.

The strange thing is that in DEV system, all is working. If i change any options shown above, it works and it is reflected. But even if the changes have been moved in quality system, I always can only see the assembly field.

Any explanation? It is a very strange thing...
