No period selection option in KE30

In KE30 report I don't have multiple period selection option.

Please guide where I can change this in KE32/KE35.

Hi Ritesh,

You may follow the steps below to change the period selection:

1. In transaction KE35, click on your report form
2. Go to Edit -> Gen. data selection -> Gen. data selection 01-report-painter-change-form.png
3. Select the variable ON/OFF checkbox of column “FROM”and enter a local variable (eg ZPERFROM) 02-variable-selection.png
4. Select the variable ON/OFF checkbox of column “TO” and enter a local variable (eg ZPERTO)
5. Now go to Extras -> Variables -> Variable definition to give a description for your local variables. This is the description you will see on the selection screen of your report. 03-variable-definition.png => 04-variables-definition-2.png
6. Save the Form and exit.

You can now execute your report in KE30. If necessary, generate your report again in KE32.

Alternatively, you can create global variables instead of local. To do this, go to transaction KE3E.

The best solution is to create a Global Variable in KE3E using "Selection Option" parameter.. You will get the FROM TO option and also the option to enter multiple selections that dont fall in a range
