Dear Expats

We have created cost center group by T code KSH1

In display (KSH3 - Display) cost center group is showing and find ok.

But this cost center group is now shown in T Code OKENN

For this i am unable to create cost center also by using T code KS01 - Create

In Hierarchy area we have found only 10 entry, not found the newly created one.

Pls. give the feedback urgently.

Regards

Tarek

Hi..

To assign Hierarchy area to cost center master when you create cost center,

you should create Standard Hierarchy Area using t-code okeon .

So, you delete the cost center group which was created by t-code KSH1 using t-code KSH2 and you create the cost center group again using t-code OKEON.

Hi Tarek,

CC Standard hierarchy and CC group are different in purpose. Std hier is only under cost center accounting. CC groups you can create multiple based on the requirement.

What you done is - Created a cost center group and trying to assign a cost center under the group. That's wrong way of assigning CC under the CC group. You need to create the CC group under through OKEON and later create the CC under the same.

Also, note that while creating a cost center hierarchy will consider only the CC group created under OKEON.

Hi,

the cost center standard hierarchy node assigned in the controlling area (OKKP) is the one that can be seen in OKENN and in cost center master data maintenance (hierarchy area).
