PO smart forms printout - Time out error

Dear Experts,

We have implemented EHP6 in Testing client. I have checked Print preview thro by ME9F and getting Dump by my user id w001mmcore1

The same another person using tcode ME9F printout which will be appear by user id w001mmcore

Note :

1. Input values are same

2. Have checked authorization - Everythings Ok

3. compare with user id to user id parameter thro by SU01

Please provide valuable suggestion

hi narayan,

      pls check whether the smart form is triggering properly or not. through NACE t.code we wil assign the smartforms to that particular O/P type & to that transaction. and check after upgrading whether the input fields are same or not.

check in ST22 for dump analysis, that will give you exact cause of dump. If you are not able to understand the dump details in ST22 then get an ABAPer to help you out to understand the reason of dump and fix accordingly.

Check in SU01D (Defaults tab-->Spool control) of both the users for any settings are missed.

The source that can clear all doubts is the dump, which was not provided. and probably not even read.

Hello Narayan,

If the error is occuring only for your id and its correctly going throw for other user then there must be autho problem.. But you are saying you have checked and is fine..

It is not the functional consultant problem..Then only option is to take the help of the abaper...Also, check in ME22N if you are able to see print preview...

Program name for ME9F is RM06ENDR_ALV. Ask your Abaper to check weather enhacement is done or not.

Also go to ST22 and Run you will get the dump error. Show it to the ABAPer. He will help you out.
