Dear Leo,
In addition to Mr.Ameya Beri, I'm sharing you the screenshot of OPJK.
Please check 'Availability Check' 2 is maintained for the order type and plant combination as shown above. If not please maintain and try releasing the order.
Kindly write us back for any further clarifications.
Best Regards

hai Senthil Nathan K
Sorry for delay i did all process as per your guidance but the error is still live
One more information i need to discuses with you, we where using configuration material for all material type (FERT, HALB, ROH) because we where doing batch management Class 23 for all material. If i seen in COIG there i found that message 53 (No BOM found)
How to solve this issue.
Regards,
LEO
Dear Leo,
For using batch management class you needn't create all the material as configurable materials.
Kindly share the screenshot of error you are facing for me to help you further. Where are you getting this error? Which T code? Was the release error resolved after making the required configuration? Please share the details
Best Regards

Hello Leo,
The error means that you need to check the checking rule assigned in OPJK for plant and order type.
Double click on plant and order type and business function 2 in OPJK and post a screenshot of the checking rule. Have you maintained PP here ?
Further check if this checking rule is rightly maintained in OPJJ.
Try creating a new production order post configuration and check if it is working.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Ameya Beri
