Profit center group not showing up in KCH5N

Hi All,

I created profit center group in TCode KCH1, but not showing up in the hierarchy in TCode KCH5N.

This profit center group has no transaction. I then deleted it in KCH2 and got the error message below screen.

Profit center still in use Message no. OH046

The Extras was grey out not able to do that.

Any one faced with this before?

Hello John,

KCH2 enter PC group and click on it (do not select) and then go to Extra "Where-Used List for Group" will not be in grey.

Hi John,

You have to delete the group by KCH2. You have to select delete option from the menu, then it will show below screen. From here you have to click on delete, then it will delete the group.
