QA32 RR AND CUSTOM REPORT

Hi Everyone,

There is an requirement in Qa32 -Result recording.
T codes- QA32(Standard)
ZQAR(Z Transaction)
ZQAR_MAIL(Z Transaction)
In Qa32 user record the results with some specific MIC'S i .e NC DESCRIPTION,DDATE,NC CATEGORY,EXPIRY DATE, RES DEP(DEPARTMENT MIC)
Once record the results. same report they will show in ZQAR REPORT.

QA32:-

Marked yellow mic is departments and inspection description is department name.The same mic details are showing in custom report i.e ZQAR

ZQAR:-

Based on due date they will send the email reminders to users based on specific department.

ZQAR_MAIL:-

SO HERE USER REQUIREMENT IS THEY WANT TO SEE THE DEPARTMENT LIST IN F4 OPTION IN ZQAR_MAIL.THEY DON'T WANT TO ADD MANUALLY.WHENEVER THEY RECORD THE RESULTS WITH DEPARTMENT MIC(IF IT IS NEW DEPARTMENT)IN QA32.IT SHOULD BE SHOWN IN ZQAR_MAIL TRANSCATION.
Can we anyone having any idea on custom report. Please guide us.

Dear Rajesh P,

thank you for the details provided.

I think there are some custom tables behind the custom transactions. The F4 help is connected to the specific fields, you need to identify the affected field first. Use F1 help to check technical details.

I have done a screenshot for you from standard QALS table and marked search help relevant columns/fields with their F1 help.

My recommendation is to check how a standard F4 help works and use them as template. If you wish to have F4 values dynamically changing, you probably need a table where the values are pulled.
