Report IW47 doesn't display value on Actual Duration field

Hi Experts,

The report IW47 doesn't display any value on field Actual Duration.

On t-code IW43, I can to see the field "Actual Duration" filled up with value calculated through the fields Work Start (AFRUD-ISDZ) and Work Finish (AFRUD-IEDZ).

However, on report IW47 field Actual Duration is coming empty.

Does anyone know how to get this field filled up on report IW47?

Tks.

Wagner Silva

Hi Wagner

While entering time entry, the you need to enter the actual duration (IDAUR) field with values in it. (I know you are expecting the system to bring the values form the ACTUAL Duration from the bottom IDAUV.)

Cheers

Dear Savas,

Is there some report that I can see the field "Actual Duration"?

Best regards,

Once you have entered the way I described, IW47 will show you the actual duration. But without that, to my knowledge, there are not any other standard reports to extract that.

Hi Wagner,

In the confirmation, you have actual duration in two places.

Below actual duration is a manual entry, based on the entry this will be display in the IW47 report

Below actual duration is calculated automatically upon saving the confirmation based on the Work start and Work Finish dates. This is not available in any report.

Technically this field is available only in structure and not in any table. check with your abaper whether custom report is possible ?

Regards

Terence

Hi Wagner Silva,

While doing confirmation, you have to enter Actual work, Work start date & Work finish date correctly.

Once you do that, execute IW47, you will see correct values in Cum.Actual Work and Actual duration at bottom of you screen.
