Settings to be done so as to receive Expired Goods Through Returns Sales Order.

In T-Code OMJ5

Check for BBD/ProdDt is available - From Plant 9016 (See fig Below)

See fig Below:--

Now while creating Returns Sales order for Expired goods.

I am Unable to Save it. reason being (Check for BBD/ProdDt is available - From Plant 9016).

Now My Question 1 - is How do I Receive Expired goods without changing the settings in OMJ5 for Plant.?

In T-Code OMJ5

We can also Enter Particular Movement types, and set the Check/ Or uncheck it for BBD/ProdDt.

Now How will the system behave if:--

In T-Code OMJ5

Plant -- BBD/ProdDt Check - is available

Movement Type (653) -- BBD/ProdDt Check - is Not available

(Que 2 is -) Will it Allow me to Take Expire goods in Returns Sales Order Having

Item Category - ZREN

Scheduled Line Category - DN

Movement type - 653

Also - I will definitely test the Scenario in Dev System. & Will Share my Results.

But Expert advise's will be useful.

Please Share - if Someone has a specific documents/Links regarding Shelf life Expiry Date Configuration & Settings in SAP,
