T.code F.01 out put values not showing for selected periods

Hi,

T.code F.01 in selection screen reporting period enter any inter well that 1 to 12;   3 to 12;  7 to 12  or  10 to 12 result is showing for 1 to 12 values. This is wrong.

How to extract F.01 report for particular few periods?

I searched old forums but did not find any relevant forum so new forum creating.

Suggestion will be appreciated and will be mark for correct answer.

Hii Babu,

Report will definitely show the amount for period entered in  reporting period from  to .Please check for which fiscal year you are looking into.

Please share screenshots for more clarification.

Hii Babu,

As you are giving 5 to 12 in reporting period it will give you the closing balance of that G/L for that last closed period. If you require to see the report of 5th period ,then you have to give 5 to 5 in reporting period.

Hi Mahesh,

As you suggested i have entered reporting period From and To is  5. Even though system showing value: 113,689,572.00- which is Cumulative amount till 5th period.

Hii Babu,

Basically this report will work on FAGLFLEXT table,which gives Total balance of a G/L for a specific period.So, you will get the cumulative balance of that G/L for mention TO period in reporting period .

Hello Babu,

Reporting period should be month that you are looking from and to the same and special evaluation BS type 2 (Flow of fund analysis) will show you the ending balance of that month.
