TPM12,TPM20 Report -Additonal Fields

Dear Experts,

Please someone suggest is there any feasibility to add additional Fields and column in Standard Reports (TPM12,TPM20,TPM13).

like below we have TPM12 Report,now client want changes and adding additional filed (shareholder type, Highlighted in red color ) as per Insurance regulations,If its possible please share the root cause and if its not possible can achieve through Custom Reports?

Dear Raju,

You can write your own report based on existing as input but in standard its not possible.

I can see we have option for security account option or product type in layout but you requirement can be met with help of abaper.

Thanks Jain Varghese for the reply. Please can share any of sample scenarios you have come across like above.So that i can followup and made changes as per my requirement.

Dear Prasad,

What i meant was to create different product type/security account to segregate the same.

I doubt you will able to create new filed as share holder type, or Please use other filed in administrative tab to fulfill your requirement.

Thanks for the reply.

Actual requirement is whatever the existing portfolios (securities) are there should show as sub category of Shareholder type (main category), as well as the new securities transactions which we create from now on words.

For new transactions using administration tab (additional fields) i tried but its not showing in the report.

1.For new transactions filling Gen valn class as Shareholder type does it works, can be shown in report as main category and sub category as portfolio? Please suggest.

2.For already existing transactions how to go about it no idea at all please request to share your best practices.

Dear Prasad,

I can see the option to have the report based on valuation class, Please check the layout.

For existing transaction, I'm not sure whether we have any option because changing existing transaction might not possible. You can look at table level if possible.

Hi Jain,

For existing Transaction, Can we create new Share Holder Types under Valuation Class and transfer (TPM15M) from existing Valuation Class to New Valuation Class which are Share Holder types.(Policy Holder fund,Share holder fund,unclaimed fund,FBSM Fund).

What is the prerequisite steps we need to follow before transferring?

Is there any impact to current system after transferring?

After transferring all the values will be displayed correctly in the reports?

Any impact to month end activities like TPM1 etc.

Please advice.
