2. Can I use the Innovate, Enhance and Fix processes of charm in Fix pace?

No, only Innovate and fix is possible and the focused build should be above SPS04. For Enhance, it has to go through conventional charm.

 

3. What is the Difference between fix and Innovate?

Innovate is during implementation phase. Fix is post implementation, during hyper care phase. Fix uses approval of change manager as it occurs post go live. Innovate goes with a release in a bundle. However Innovate has its own approvals involving Release manager.

S1CR- Request for Change

S1HF- Urgent Change

It is slightly different.  In fix pace, CM validates and approves RFC and defines scope as Urgent change or standard change. Release manager imports into Prod system

Enter via My Request for Change and the My Change Documents apps . Use the below option to enable them.

 

9. How to perform the landscape assignment in fix pace.

[DEV - QA - PRE] or [DEV - QA] assignment falls under Development branch.

 

10. Can we use the Fix pace as a standalone entity?

No, it is not possible. All the fragments of Focused Build methodology are inextricably linked. So we don’t have option to dissociate fix pace from the holistic approach.
