Getting error in RSA3 and OLI7BW during LO extraction

Hi Experts,

I am getting error in RSA3 and OLI7BW during Lo extraction for SD data source .

Please help me out what will be the solution to resolve the following error:

Hi,

have you ever tried to run RSA3 in ECC with the datsource 2lis_11_VAHDR?

Even with no setup table filled, you will get an answer if the datasource is properly available in ECC.

If this will not help, go and check if structure MC11VA0HDR and the customer include is active.

Hi Sanket,

Can you please verify your Datasource 0FI_GL_4 where had used ZZBKTTX1 instead of ZZBKTTXT.

I presume that it should be CMOD of Transaction Data.

I am extracting datasource for 2lis_11_vahdr using Lo. so is that need to check Datasource 0FI_GL_4

It seems RFC connection error.

check R/3 connection in bw by using

RSA1-->Source system-->right click--> check,   as well as check in R/3 SM59 whether you connection to bw working or not.

Hi Sanket,

Is your ECC system is  connected to  BW system.  also if source system is not connected to BW system you may get an error like u mentioned.

Check like this for ur ECC  connection .... -> go to bi side under the infoprovider tab ->select source system->in that  R.Click on ur Ecc system click on check  option ,u will get a display message though connection present  or not.and if it is  not activated  then click on activate button.

Your ECC - BW connection is not the problem. Make sure your datasource is active. Go into LBWE and click on "Structure"  from 2lis_11_VAHDR. Then change  ZZBKTXT1 to ZZBKTXT. See if your structure definition is consistent after that change. Then you can activate it and your problem should be solved.

Hi Sankeet,

Please check below points at source system side.

1. Have you activated respective data source from RSA5?

2. If yes then Go to RSA6, click on relevant data source.copy the extract structure. or

3. Go to LBWE, select application, expand, choose your data source.

     a. Do the maintenance by clicking on maintenance.(i.e add required fields from left to right side)

      b. Click on data source, do the selections and hide which you needed.

      c.Click on activate.

Ex: watch below options, need to active your data source here also

4. Once you done above steps, go Tx - LBWE, delete setup tables of your application and fill thru Go to Tx - OLI7BW.

If your new bi, search on google with LO extraction steps, you will get lots of docs.

In RSA6 it is in active status, But still i am getting this error..is ther any issue with basis side or do i need to do anything in SE11.

SE16 --> ROOSOURCE --> Enter Datasource --> Check OLTP Source Version is A.

If its not showing A that's mean your Datasource is inactive.

Run LBWE --> Do following activity as mentioned in Figures.

Fig 1.2 Activate Extract Structure

Fig 1.3 After Activation

Fig 1.4 Now you will not get error while running OLI7BW

If doe all process properly, But you can't able to run OLI7BW. Then better raise OSS to SAP.

Also check that you have all the required authorization.

Click on Structure in LBWE for 2lis_11_VAHDR and  change  ZZBKTXT1 to ZZBKTXT. Your dump is caused due to a field that is in the structure that doesn't exist.

Hi Sanket,

Check the status of the data source of application component 11 in RSA6 i.e. whether the data source is in activated or not. If data source is not activated first activate it and the try to fill the setup tables.

Once data source is activated and setup table is filled you can check in RSA3.
