SetupTables Not Deleting By using LBWG

Hai Guru's.

I am facing a error while deleting the set up tables

i.e.., By using  LBWG i am deleted the setup tables regarding sd sales BW (13) ,

But in RSA3 the data is still presenting.

If possible plz share 2LIS_13_VDITM setup table name..

How to resolve this plz guide me...

Hi Syam,

1st clear all outbound queues (LBWQ/SMQ1) by running RMBWV313 program in se38 and clear RSA7 entries by delta or full info package until unless you will get 0 entries in rsa7.

Then try to delete Setup content by LBWG or SBIW transactions.

2LIS_13_VDITM –  ExtractStruct. -MC13VD0ITM

SEE THE SETUP TABLE - SE11 - Extract Struct NAME + SETUP ( MC13VD0ITMSEETUP )

OR

GOTO - SE14

   GIVE SETUP TABLE NAME - MC13VD0ITMSEETUP

SELECT TABLE – EDIT

AND DELET THE DATABASE TABEL

THEN AGAIN CLECK ON CREAT DATABASE TABLE

two ways to delete the data

1. using the LBWG -> give the application -> execute it.

2.SE14 -> give the setup table name -> delete data ->click and adjust and active table.

Both ways i tried But data is not deleted it still showing in RSA3

Can i delete the entire datasource and reload it. if possible

can you share the screens shot for RSA3.

which data soruce are you running in RSA3 and which data source deleting setup table.

little bit consfusion.

i think you are deleting setup table data - MC13VD0ITMSETUP

and running the data soruce 2LIS_13_VDITM.

now check the set table data in SE11,  then check RSA3 data.

In addition to the given points, could you please check if you have chosen Delta mode in RSA3, Sometimes delta might have got cleared unless you do delta load or init load in BI side.

If you choose full mode in RSA3, am sure data shouldn't be available as everyone has mentioned.

Please check and then contact basis.

I am deleting the setup table data related to 13 application.

and extracting 2LIS_13_VDITM datasource

Entire data is coming

but Material and ITEM fields data is missing...

i can see first time these problem in my carrer.

Can you the info pacakge in BW side.

check the how many records are coming and its matching with RSA3 data and PSA data.

you may check with your team lead have required authorization.

or check the other seniour team members.

every LO data source extrat structure -> the extrat structure follwed SETUP TABLE

ex -  data source 2LIS_13_VDITM

extract structure - MC13VD0ITM

setup table - SETUP

Hi Syam,

first go to

-->SE14

-> Enter table name MC13VD0ITMSETUP

-->Select radio button "tables" --> click on Edit

-->Select processing type "Background"

--> Click on "Activate and Adjust database".

Next

try to  delete setup table as usual (using LBWG)..

Set up table name is MC13VD0ITMSETUP.

Lets try to log from ecc system and relog in.

later try to delete(in background) it LBWG for application 13.

While deleting data from set up tables - are you getting any message or warnings?

After deleting set up tables data - have you got successful deleting message at status bar?

at RSA3 - what kind of mode you used full or delta mode?

Actually My problem is in ECC side

In 2LIS_13_VDITM datasource all fields data is coming except Material field data is not fetching,

For that reason i want to do deletion of datasource data in ecc side

In that process i deleted setup table data in LBWG tcode

here msg is coming properly "setup tables deleted successfully"

but data is still presenting i checked in rsa3..

How to resolve this problem...,
