Ingredients
Yield:about 6 tablespoons
- ¼cup butter cut into small cubes
- Salt to taste if desired
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bow
- Step 2
Let stand until room temperature is reached.
- Step 3
Blend the ingredients well, using the fingers. Set aside.
