Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites

Garlic butter steak bites wrapped in bacon are a family favorite! These are cooked in the air fryer and turn out juicy and delicious! I love a good grilled and medium rare steak, but I still fully enjoyed these steak bites made in the air fryer. They were full of flavor and would be perfect as an appetizer or as a dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (2 12oz Ribeyes)
  • Olive oil
  • Steak seasoning
  • 1 16 oz pack of bacon
  • 4 TBSP of butter
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of dried parsley

How to Make Steak Bites

To make these bacon wrapped steak bites, start by cutting the steak into 1.5-2 inch cubes. As I cut the steak I also cut off any big pieces of fat.

Next, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees for about five minutes while you work on seasoning the steak.

Once all the steak is cut add it to a large bowl and season with 1 tbsp olive oil and some steak seasoning. I usually use Montreal Steak Seasoning or Kinder’s Buttery Steak House. You can use your favorite type of steak seasoning!

After adding the steak seasoning, toss the steak around in the bowl until everything is well coated. Open a 16 oz package of bacon and cut the pieces of bacon in half.

Tightly wrap a piece of the cut bacon around a steak cube. Secure the bacon with a toothpick and set aside.

After wrapping all the steak in bacon, add the bacon wrapped steak bites to the hot air fryer and season the tops with just a little bit more steak seasoning.

Cook at 400 degrees in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes or until the bacon is cooked. In my air fryer they were perfect in 12 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may have to cook these in a couple of batches. It’s important not to over crowd them so the bacon can get crispy.

These steak bites do come out more on the well done side, but they are full of flavor and still juicy!

Serve Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites

To serve the steak bites I mixed up a little bit of garlic butter by melted 4 tbsp of butter. Stir in 1 tsp each of minced garlic and dried parsley.

These are also really good dipped in steak sauce! We had these steak bites with some homemade mashed potatoes and some roasted vegetables.
