    Add little oil in a pan
    Then add the scotch bonnets,ginger and garlic paste,onions,cooked kidney and fry for some minutes

    Add carrots,tomatoes and stir
    Add the kidney stock,seasoning,curry

    Cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes
    Then add the peppers
