The Best Sea Bass Meunière

I received a sea bass as a gift, so I made a meunière with it.

- I used dried basil this time.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 plus Sea bass
  2. 1 dash Salt and pepper
  3. 1 pinch Powdered dry herbs
  4. 1 approx. 1 tablespoon White flour
  5. 1 tbsp plus Olive oil
  6. 1 as liked Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse the sea bass well. Gut, clean, and fillet into 3 slices. Also peel the skin.

    Season with salt, pepper, and powdered herbs. Coat evenly with flour.

  3. 3

    Heat a decent amount of olive oil in a frying pan and add the sea bass. Pan-fry both sides to finish!

    Serve with lemon juice and enjoy.
