Ingredients

  1. 1/4 pound dried beef that has been thoroughly rinsed. To get the salt off
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 3 tablespoons milk or water
  4. 1 tablespoon butter
  5. Toast
  6. For gravy
  7. 3 tablespoons butter melted
  8. 3 tablespoons flour
  9. 11/2 cups milk

Cooking Instructions

    Cover beef (which has been cut into small pieces) with melted butter sizzle until crisp

    Add eggs which have been beaten with milk and paprika

  3. 3

    As soon as eggs begin to set stir until jelly like

  4. 4

    For gravy

  5. 5

    Melt butter add flour until combined add milk.add salt and pepper to taste.cook and stir until thickened

  6. 6

    Put the eggs and beef on toast Top with gravy.
