While this cookie maybe intimidating, it was really easy to make! It is a very rich cookie, but oh so yummy!!!
So yummy and delicious.
It’s a good cookie. But it’s also time intensive, at least the first time. My taste testers liked them, I thought they tasted like a Ho Ho, but he didn’t think it did. I didn’t have any semi-sweet chips left so used dark chocolate for the topping, so that was probably the disconnect for him. Very good cookie though and I will add to our offerings to see how well it does! Thanks for the recipe!
