A dynamic playmaker on and off the football field, and a tireless philanthropist in the community, Malcolm Jenkins is a pillar in the city of Philadelphia.

Jenkins has fully immersed himself in the world of fashion. In 2012  Jenkins launched his own line of neckwear and accessories under the name of Rock Avenue. In 2017, he launched Damari, and dove head first into the world of luxury men's suiting.

His hands on approach is what makes Damari special. Its not everyday (unless you shop with Damari) that you get to say that you wore a killer suit designed by a 3x Pro Bowl and 2x Super Bowl champion!

Jenkins though, doesn’t want his name alone to be what carries the brand. He works tirelessly to make sure that the product and design is of great quality and flawlessly tasteful. He recognizes that STYLE is attributed to the individual not the masses, and he aims to help everyone find their own style as he has found his.

Eric White, also known as “E”,  is a celebrity image consultant and the Co-Owner and Director of Image and Relations for Damari. A former finance guy, Eric brings a multitude of knowledge and business acumen to accompany his industry leading fashion expertise. Originally from Wisconsin, Eric always had dreams of being in the fashion industry. It was in high school when Eric began to give fashion advice while building relationships with local clothing stores to ensure that the looks he conjured up were achievable.

After graduating from college and working in Finance for several years, Eric took a chance and began an image consulting business that led him to work with some of the world’s most well known and respected athletes and entertainers. Since then, Eric has garnered relationships with some of the most established brands in the world, and has had his work featured in publications for GQ, WWD, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Bleacher Report and others.

Driven by his love for authenticity and storytelling, Eric continues to expand his reach by developing the personal brands of clients through a holistic and individualized approach. Through this conscious effort, E aims to make personal styling services available to everyone who is willing to put for the effort.

Alyssa DiMarcantonio Scheier joined Damari in 2017 as lead designer, bringing her innate sensibility for menswear home to Philadelphia after nearly a decade in Midtown Manhattan.

From the first sketch to the final fitting, each custom creation is its own experience, and Alyssa is passionate about creating pieces that reflect each client's personality. She treats each creation with the same obsessive attention to detail it deserves, so the wearer steps out in a look that tells its own story without them ever having to say a word.

A Drexel University class of 2010 graduate, Alyssa apprenticed for Cappelli Tailors and interned for Michael Kors and Ralph Lauren while working toward her degree in fashion design. In her previous role at Rosetti Handbags and Accessories, she mastered her technical skills as she designed and developed product & prints with each new season.

Alyssa's creations for Damari have included regal, shirt-optional suits for the ESPYs, timeless and sleek wedding tuxedos, original lining designs, unique accessories, the addition of elevated women’s suiting and more, as her versatility and creativity go hand-in-hand.

Darryl Brown joined Damari in 2019 as Design & Tailoring liaison. Darryl comes with a wealth of experience having worked in luxury retail, freelance styling & suiting since 2013. Darryl prides himself in being the consummate creative, and possesses the knowledge & repertoire to guide clients in all of their sartorial needs.
