Combining a #5 can of Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, red wine vinegar, and Tamari creates a fresh and classic dressing that is perfect for Foodservice. Before serving, let the dressing rest in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 #5 can Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 2 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Tamari
  • 1/4 Cup White Onion, grated
  • 5 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 4 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp. Capers, minced
  • 4 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 tsp. Onion Powder

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Let rest in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
