This large brick house was owned by physician Dr. John D. Green (1864-1921) and his wife Lavanche Trees (1870-1960). The early automobile is probably a Cadillac Model M light touring car.As of 2020, the house still stands at the intersection of South Cross and Jackson Streets, but the porch has been removed. |
