Description:

California Desert Conservation Area (CDCA) Plan Boundary. As defined in Section 601 of the FLPMA, the CDCA is a 25-million-acre expanse of land in Southern California designated by Congress in 1976 through the FLPMA. About 10 million acres of the CDCA are administered by BLM under its CDCA Plan.
